He was very detailed and went above and beyond to make my house look amazing! He was polite and respectful and was quick but efficient.

Ray worked at my home yesterday. Courteous and thorough - did before start prep work well to prevent issues with process. He cleaned house, playhouse, sheds, outdoor furniture and rugs - all looks new! I asked him to pencil me in beginning of May next year. Very satisfied with quality of work.

Excellent experience! A friend and neighbor recommended Ray to me. He was out at my house today after I contacted him yesterday (super last minute) and pressure washed my house and porches in preparation for an open house tomorrow. Ray did a really good job in cleaning our concrete patio & steps, and metal handrails & fence, that had accumulated a lot of mold and dirt over the last couple of years. He was quick to provide a fair estimate, kept to the scheduled date, and let me know when he was to arrive. He was very thorough, and it looks like a new outdoor area now. We will certainly have him back again when needed.

Ray did an exceptional job pressure washing our driveway and sidewalks. Removing 5 years of grime and making them look almost new. He's extremely punctual. Hard-working. And communicates very well before, during and after his work. We're planning on having them back in a few weeks to do the rest of the exterior of our house. His prices are very reasonable. Additionally, he did our neighborhood tennis courts beautifully. They look like they just opened.

His rates are very reasonable for a high quality job but, most of all, you can tell Ray cares about his work and the satisfaction of his customers. He walked me around the house explaining what the pressure wash would do or not do to clean the house and gutters. And he showed us before and after photos so we could see the difference. I have hired other crews to pressure wash my previous house and this was my first time hiring Ray. OMG was it a night and day difference in communication, customer service, and quality results. Ray quickly and clearly communicated when he could show up and stuck to his time window. He was immediately upfront about price (which was very fair) and then he got straight to work.
