Ray is outstanding! He came highly recommended from my neighbor and exceeded my expectations. Not only do I feel like I have a brand new house from his incredible attention to detail, but he is VERY good with communication (text reminders, reconfirming, and updates of arrival time day of). We will use him every year now! THANKS AGAIN, RAY!
He was very detailed and went above and beyond to make my house look amazing! He was polite and respectful and was quick but efficient.
Ray worked at my home yesterday. Courteous and thorough - did before start prep work well to prevent issues with process. He cleaned house, playhouse, sheds, outdoor furniture and rugs - all looks new! I asked him to pencil me in beginning of May next year. Very satisfied with quality of work.

Excellent experience! A friend and neighbor recommended Ray to me. He was out at my house today after I contacted him yesterday (super last minute) and pressure washed my house and porches in preparation for an open house tomorrow. He was friendly, professional and efficient and did an amazing job! Attached are some before and after photos of some of the work. 10/10 recommend!

Ray did a really good job in cleaning our concrete patio & steps, and metal handrails & fence, that had accumulated a lot of mold and dirt over the last couple of years. He was quick to provide a fair estimate, kept to the scheduled date, and let me know when he was to arrive. He was very thorough, and it looks like a new outdoor area now. We will certainly have him back again when needed.

Ray did an exceptional job pressure washing our driveway and sidewalks. Removing 5 years of grime and making them look almost new. He's extremely punctual. Hard-working. And communicates very well before, during and after his work. We're planning on having them back in a few weeks to do the rest of the exterior of our house. His prices are very reasonable. Additionally, he did our neighborhood tennis courts beautifully. They look like they just opened.

A very professional young man. I'm so glad we gave him our business. His rates are very reasonable for a high quality job but, most of all, you can tell Ray cares about his work and the satisfaction of his customers. He walked me around the house explaining what the pressure wash would do or not do to clean the house and gutters. And he showed us before and after photos so we could see the difference. Ray was prompt and communicated very well. We will definitely use him again. Thank you, Ray, for a job well done!

Had Ray at the house today to clean the roof and pressure wash the house. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Ray kept me up-to-date on his arrival time and even let me know he would be a few minutes early. He did a great job on my two story pitched roof house and kept me informed every step of the way. I have been using Ray’s pressure washing for five years. He was always on time. He’s professional, cooperative, importantly cleans the area up when he’s finished. I highly recommend his services. And, he’s reasonably priced.
I have hired other crews to pressure wash my previous house and this was my first time hiring Ray. OMG was it a night and day difference in communication, customer service, and quality results. Ray quickly and clearly communicated when he could show up and stuck to his time window. He was immediately upfront about price (which was very fair) and then he got straight to work. He was thorough and meticulous. He even made sure to place a cover over our doorbell camera to protect it from possible water damage. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be hiring Ray again.
Ray was recommended to us by our neighbor and we are glad that we hired him. Our driveway and sidewalk were dark in color, stained. They look so clean now. Ray did an excellent job. He came to give us a quote and we ended up hiring him for the job. His price was reasonable and he had time to do the job right then. Two hours later the driveway and the sidewalk looked like new! Ray worked around my schedule, was punctual, did a fab job and is very honest. I was worried about getting ripped off as I was new to PTC, but he put the faith back on my choice to move to PTC. Trustworthy folks are hard to come by and he’s got a forever customer in me!
